Favorable Outcome in Boundary Dispute
Shannon Sprinkle and Joe Kingma represented an Atlanta-based real estate investment company. The adjacent owner’s building encroached upon our clients’ property. After negotiations failed, we filed suit. Shortly thereafter, we reached an agreement with the adjacent owner to demolish the offending structure, and our client recouped damages and attorney’s fees.
