Jennifer Guerra presented at the State Bar of Georgia’s 2021 Real Property Law Section’s Residential Real Estate Seminar on January 13, 2021.

The 2021 Real Property Law Section’s Residential Real Estate Seminar, originally scheduled as a live event,  was reorganized as a virtual webinar via Zoom with two presentations.  Jennifer’s portion discussed Ethics and Risk Management for Real Estate Lawyers and was followed by a presentation from Matthew Mashburn on A Deep Dive into Delpiano for lessons in how to avoid being Gordon III.
