Experienced Litigation Paralegal – Charleston

Copeland, Stair, Kingma & Lovell, LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) or more years’ experience in a law firm providing administrative and paralegal support to senior level attorneys in a deadline-driven environment.  This person will handle a variety of assignments, assisting attorneys in all aspects of litigation support including discovery, trial preparation, scheduling, state and federal filing including electronic filings and legal billing. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as a team. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, electronic document management system (preferably iManage/FileSite), and have experience with legal time and billing system (preferably MakeTime/LMS).
