Caroline, a partner in the Charleston office of CSVL, focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, premises liability, construction defect defense, and general negligence. She handles a wide variety of litigation in both South Carolina state and federal courts for a variety of professionals and has litigated many cases to verdict. Caroline prides herself on efficiently developing a litigation strategy through discovery and successfully resolving claims in mediation or at trial.

Prior to joining CSVL, Caroline practiced at a well-respected Charleston defense firm.  She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Roger M. Young, Sr., Resident Judge for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Charleston, South Carolina from 2012-2014.

Caroline is an active member of the South Carolina Bars, the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association (SCDTAA) where she graduated from the Emerging Leaders Program. Caroline is a certified Civil Court Mediator which allows her to help parties resolve their cases through mediation.
