Associate / Atlanta
Alexis Daenecke is an associate in the Atlanta office of Copeland, Stair, Kingma & Lovell. Her practice focuses primarily on general liability matters, including automobile and premises liability as well as insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, and engineering and construction malpractice.
Alexis graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where she served as both a member of the Editorial Board and Executive Symposium Editor of Georgia Law Review. She was also a member of the Women Law Students Association’s executive board and served as a Criminal Law and Procedure research assistant. Alexis participated in various externships and internships throughout law school, working or clerking for the Supreme Court of Georgia, the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a multinational corporation, and Copeland, Stair, Kingma and Lovell. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a minor in Spanish, and a certificate in Legal Studies.
